- Engage in any data mining, web scraping, data harvesting, or any similar automated activity (bots) without our express written consent.
- Attempt to bypass any security measures, reverse-engineer our Android application, or distribute malicious software (viruses, malware, etc.) through our platform.
- Use our platform to promote illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Platform Content: The overarching design, layout, logo, custom graphics, app source code, and structural databases of Emojora are the exclusive property of Emojora and its founder, Raju Raj. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell our core database or our application as your own proprietary product.
Your Content and AI Art: We do not claim any ownership of the final images, videos, or text that you generate on external AI platforms using our prompts. The ownership and copyright of the generated media fall entirely under the specific Terms of Service of the AI engine you used (e.g., Midjourney or OpenAI).
4. Third-Party Links and AI Tools
Our platform acts as a directory and contains links to numerous third-party websites and AI software. These links are provided purely for your convenience to help you find the right tools.
- Emojora does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
- We are not responsible for any subscription fees, hidden charges, or data privacy issues you may experience while using those external AI tools. You access third-party services entirely at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emojora, its founder (Raju Raj), and its team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
